1. Agroclic's role

Agroclic is an online marketplace. Products are sold by independent, licensed sellers, not by Agroclic itself.

The quality, genuineness and quantity of a product, its invoice, and compliance with the Insecticides Act, 1968 and other laws are the responsibility of the seller you buy from.

2. Your account

You sign in with an OTP sent to your mobile number. Do not share your phone or OTP; orders placed from your account are your responsibility.

Dealer prices are available only to dealer accounts whose licence has been checked and approved and has not expired.

3. Product information and use

The crops and pests shown for a product come from the CIB&RC Major Uses list. This information is guidance, not agronomic advice.

Use every product only for the crop, at the dose and with the precautions on its label and leaflet. Spraying tips shown with the weather are general.

4. Prices, orders and payment

Sellers set prices, which may change. When you order, the goods are held for you for a few minutes; if payment is not made in that time the order may be cancelled automatically.

Payment goes directly to the seller through a payment gateway. An order is confirmed only once payment is complete.

5. Cancellation and refund

You can cancel an order in the app before paying.

To cancel or get a refund after paying, contact the seller or our support team. An approved refund is returned by the seller to the original payment method.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available only to pincodes where the service is open. Delivery times are estimates and may change with local conditions.

7. For sellers

Sellers must hold a valid pesticide sale licence and GST registration, and keep product information, prices and stock accurate.

A set commission on each sale is taken from a prepaid wallet. When the wallet runs out, new orders stop.

8. Prohibited use

Giving false information, using someone else's account, selling fake or unregistered products, or disrupting the site is not allowed. Such accounts may be closed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Agroclic is not liable for loss arising from a seller's product, its misuse, or use against its label.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Changed terms apply as soon as they are published on this page.
